Approve & pay
Once your artwork and quote are approved and full payment is completed, your order can move into production.
We produce your order
Most standard orders are completed within approximately 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Pickup, delivery or shipping
Local pickup in Orlando is available. If you need delivery or shipping, include that information in your quote request and we will confirm availability and cost for your specific order.

What is your minimum order?+
Our standard minimum order is 12 pieces per design. Mixed sizes can count toward the 12-piece minimum when they use the same design and production setup.
How fast is turnaround?+
Most standard orders are completed within approximately 7–10 business days after artwork approval and full payment. Larger, more complex or specialty orders may require additional time. We confirm the expected timeline with your quote.
Is the digital mockup free?+
Yes. A digital product mockup is included at no charge so you can review the general placement and appearance of your design before production begins.
Do you charge for artwork or design work?+
The digital product mockup is free. Artwork requiring recreation, vectorization, extensive cleanup, redesign, background removal, custom design or reconstruction from a low-resolution file may require an additional artwork or design fee. Any applicable fee will be included in your quote before you approve the order.
Which decoration method should I choose?+
DTF printing is our primary method for detailed and full-color designs. Embroidery is a professional option for polos, hats, jackets and business apparel. Screen printing may also be available for selected projects. Send us your artwork and order details and we will recommend the most appropriate option.
Can I mix sizes in one order?+
Yes. Mixed sizes are welcome. Some extended sizes or specialty garments may have different pricing depending on the brand and product selected.
Can I mix different garment styles in one order?+
In many cases, yes, especially when the same design and decoration setup can be used. Because garment types can vary, we will confirm what can be combined when preparing your quote.
Can I supply my own garments?+
In some cases we can accept customer-supplied garments, depending on the garment, material and decoration method. Please contact us before purchasing or bringing garments so we can confirm whether they are suitable for the project.
Do you offer rush orders?+
Rush production may be available depending on our production schedule, garment availability and the complexity of your order. Tell us your needed-by date when requesting a quote and we will confirm whether the deadline is possible.
Do you ship or deliver?+
Local pickup in Orlando is available. Delivery and shipping options may also be available depending on the order and destination. Include your delivery or shipping needs in the quote request so we can confirm availability and cost.
How is pricing determined?+
Pricing depends on quantity, garment style and brand, sizes, decoration method, print or embroidery locations, print size and artwork requirements. Larger orders may qualify for volume pricing.
When does production begin?+
Production begins after the final artwork and quote are approved and full payment has been completed.
